锌浸出渣中铟的真空碳热还原挥发

【摘要】 湿法炼锌过程产出的浸出渣是铟提取的重要资源,采用真空碳热还原法对浸出渣中含有的氧化铟进行了提取理论及实验研究。理论研究结果表明:渣中氧化铟经真空碳还原过程以In和In2O的形式挥发,In2O来自渣中In2O3与碳和In反应生成的产物。碳还原氧化锌生成的金属锌能够参与In2O3的还原。实验研究结果表明:当真空度为10 Pa,配碳量18.5%,CaO加入7.5%,1 100℃保温30 min,浸出渣中铟的挥发率可达到99.21%,还原渣中铟含量为1.3 g/t。

【Abstract】 The leaching residue from zinc hydrometallurgy is an important resource for indium extraction. The extraction of indium oxide from leaching residue by vacuum carbothermal reduction was studied theoretically and experimentally. Theoretical results show that indium oxide in slag is reduced and volatilized in the form of In and In2O, and In2O comes from the reaction of In2O3 with carbon and In. The metal zinc formed by carbon reduction of zinc oxide can participate in the reduction of In2O3. The experimental results show that the volatilization rate of indium can reach 99.21% and the content of indium in the reduction slag is 1.3 g/t when the vacuum is 10 Pa, carbon content is 18.5%, CaO content is 7.5% and the temperature is 1 100 ℃ for 30 min.
