科尔沁牛新品种体质量与体尺性状的相关回归分析

【摘要】 【目的】科尔沁肉牛(暂定名)是内蒙古通辽市正在培育的肉用型新品种.了解科尔沁肉牛生长规律,为该品种的选育提供理论参考.【方法】选取了科尔沁肉牛225头,测定初生、6、12、18和24月龄体尺与体质量,对体质量与体尺进行相关分析,建立科尔沁肉牛体质量的最优回归模型.【结果】科尔沁肉牛体尺、体质量随着月龄的增加而增加,其中初生月龄至12月龄体尺、体质量增加明显.成年科尔沁肉牛体质量与体尺之间相关系数由高到低依次为:胸围X3(0.764)、管围X4(0.176)、体斜长X2(0.129)、体高X1(-0.003),均达到显著水平(P<0.05).科尔沁肉牛体质量与体尺的最优回归方程为Y=0.882X3+0.168X2,R2=0.946,达到极显著水平(P<0.01).【结论】科尔沁肉牛新品种体质量和体尺之间均存在相关关系,胸围和体斜长是影响体质量的主要体尺指标.

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The study aimed to clarify growth performance of Kerqin beef cattle(tentative name),which was a new beef-type strain fostered in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, providing basic data for its breeding.【Method】 Two hundred and twenty five Kerqin beef cattles, which were 1,6,12,18 and 24 months old, were employed to measure their body weight and body size traits, and then the correlation of the two traits was analyzed, followed by the establishment of optimal regression model.【Result】 The results showed that body weight and body size of Kerqin beef cattles increased rapidly with the age, especially during the first 12 months.The body weight was significantly correlated to each of body size traits(each P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients decreased in the order of traits as following: chest girth(X3)(0.764),cannon circumference(X4)(0.176),body length(X2)(0.129),and body height(X1)(-0.003).The optimal regression equations for the cattle’s weight on body size was Y=0.882X3+0.168X2,R2=0.946,which was extremely significant(P<0.01).【Conclusion】 It was concluded that body weight of the new strain of Kerqin beef cattle had a significant correlation with body size traits, among which chest girth and body length were two main indicators affecting body weight.
