【摘要】 目的研究厚朴麻黄汤加减对慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者肺功能及血清IL-6、MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响。方法选取慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者106例,选例时间为2018年6月—2020年6月,并将其分为对照组和观察组,2组均包括53例患者,分组主要按随机数字表法进行。对照组给予左氧氟沙星片及盐酸氨溴索口服液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予厚朴麻黄汤加减治疗,2周为一个疗程,2组均连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能以及血清IL-6、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平。结果治疗后试验组患者总有效率为98.11%,高于对照组的73.58%;治疗后,2组血清炎性因子(IL-6、MMP-9、TMP-1)水平较治疗前,均呈现下降趋势,且试验组较对照组低; 2组肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1%、MMFR)水平与治疗前相比,均呈现上升趋势,且试验组较对照组高(均P <0.05)。结论厚朴麻黄汤加减可有效改善慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者的肺功能水平,同时可减轻其临床症状以及炎症反应对机体造成的刺激,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Houpo Mahuang decoction on pulmonary function and serum IL-6,MMP-9,TIMP-1 in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into a control group( n = 53) and a test group( n = 53) according to the random number table. The control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets and ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid. The experimental group was treated with Houpo Mahuang decoction on the basis of the control group. 2 weeks was 1 course,and the 2 groups were treated with 2 consecutive courses. The clinical efficacy after treatment,pulmonary function and serum IL-6,MMP-9,TIMP-1 levels before and after treatment between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was98. 11%,which was higher than 73. 58% in the control group. Compared with before treatment,the FEV1,FEV1%,and MMFR levels of the two groups increased after treatment,and the experomental group was higher than the control group. And serum IL-6,MMP-9,TMP-1 levels of the two groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Houpo Mahuang decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary,improve pulmonary function,and at the same time can inhibit the body’s inflammatory response and improve the therapeutic effect.更多还原
