【Abstract】 To win the battle against air pollution and implement environmental management requirements of fixed pollution sources, HJ 953 has been worked out by ministry of ecological environment. HJ 953 provides technical support for the full coverage of sewage permits in the boiler industry. By combing the development profile of the boiler industry, analyzing the status and difficulties of the implementation of the industry’s sewage permits, suggestions on implementing discharge permit system in boiler blowdown unit were proposed in the "14 th Five-Year Plan" period.更多还原
