少数民族地区互联网+医疗在精准流程细节优化中的应用

【摘要】 目的在少数民族地区,进行门诊精细化管理,精准地对就诊流程细节优化改善患者就医体验,提高满意率。方法随机抽取在我院门诊就诊的患者1 023例,分为观察组和对照组,实行先诊疗后付费,通过信息系统分别提取两组患者的挂号等候时间、候诊时间、缴费等候时间、取药等候时间、总在院等候时间以及从第三方评估机构客观的满意度调查问卷中提取相关数据。结果观察组排队次数为0次,对照组排队次数为1 361次;两组间排队次数比较(取药排队次数除外),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组和对照组两组患者的挂号等候时间、候诊时间、等候缴费时间、在医院总耗时间等四项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间比较总满意率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论互联网+医疗中实施精细化管理,精准对就诊流程细节进行优化,结合应用互联网信息技术,能明显缩短患者等候时间,改善患者就医体验,提高满意率。

【Abstract】 Objective:In ethnic minority areas, the refined management of outpatient clinics is carried out.The details of the medical treatment process are accurately optimized and highly integrated with the Internet information technology, so as to shorten the waiting time of patients, improve their medical experience and the satisfaction rate.Method:With the implementation of diagnosis and treatment before payment, the details of medical treatment process were accurately optimized.With the application of Internet information technology, 1,023 patients who visited the outpatient department of our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group.The information system was used to extract the waiting time for registration, waiting time for diagnosis, waiting time for payment, waiting time for taking medicine, waiting time in the hospital, and the relevant data were extracted from the objective satisfaction questionnaire of the third-party evaluation institution.Result:The number of queuing in the observation group was 0,and the number of queuing in the control group was 1,361.The number of queuing between the two groups(except the number of queuing for taking medicine) was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the four indexes of waiting time for registration, waiting time for diagnosis, waiting time for payment and the total time spent in hospital between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01).The difference of total satisfaction rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of the refined management and precise optimization of the details of the medical treatment process in the Internet + medical treatment, combined with the application of Internet information technology, can significantly shorten the waiting time of patients, and improve patients’ medical experience and the satisfaction rate.
