700 MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉降低水冷壁高温腐蚀配风改造应用研究
Technical Transformation and Experimental Research of a Non-Symmetrical High-Speed Closing-to-Wall Air System on 700 MW Four Angle Tangential Combustion Boilers to Prevent High Temperature Corrosion
【摘要】 为防治四角切圆燃煤锅炉炉膛水冷壁高温腐蚀,在某电厂2台700 MW机组锅炉上进行了燃烧配风优化改造,并进行了燃烧调整试验。结果表明:燃烧配风优化改造后,锅炉水冷壁贴壁气氛显著改善,炉膛水冷壁高温腐蚀得到有效防治,锅炉运行安全性和经济性显著提高,为四角切圆燃烧电站锅炉防治水冷壁高温腐蚀提供了积极的示范作用。
【Abstract】 To prevent high temperature corrosion of boiler furnace water walls on 700 MW four angle tangential combustion boilers, a non-symmetrical high speed closing-to-wall air system and burners imaginary circle diameter adjustment was designed and applied. Corresponding combustion adjusting tests were carried out. After the technical transformation and the combustion adjusting tests, the atmosphere close to wall turns well obviously. The boiler operating security and economy improves. The non-symmetrical high speed closing-to-wall air system acts as a positive role model for the prevention of boiler furnace water walls high temperature corrosion on the four angle tangential combustion boilers.
