新工科背景下地方高校化工类人才培养改革研究与实践

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate qualified and new technical talents with practical ability, innovation ability and the international competitiveness, to coordinate and share, inheritance and innovation, cross and integration as the main way, the research establishes the system of "pre-service training and mentoring young teachers, teaching contest, teaching research community, teacher workshop". At the same time, the study is to improve the capacity of teachers to build "digital information network teaching platform and virtual simulation training platform + multi-disciplinary overlapping comprehensive experiment platform" of hybrid online(O2 O) teaching system, training practice ability and innovation ability, high quality new engineering talents with international competitiveness. The paper reconstructs the mass entrepreneurship and innovation curriculum system that integrates general education and creative education to achieve the deep integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
