垃圾焚烧飞灰水洗脱氯资源化研究

【摘要】 在垃圾焚烧飞灰水洗脱氯处置工程案例实施基础上,研究分析了其资源化组分和影响水洗脱氯经济性的关键因子。结果表明:垃圾焚烧飞灰中铝、硅、钙含量随不同地区差异较大,钙含量最为丰富,大约20%~40%,氯含量低的飞灰中铝、硅含量高;垃圾焚烧飞灰经过水洗脱氯处置后可以作为生产原料进入水泥窑处置,不产生二次污染物,水洗回收的氯化钠和氯化钾可用作工业盐;水灰比是影响水洗脱氯处置经济性的关键因子,其值越小,钙的溶出总量越少、水蒸发量小,处置成本更经济。

【Abstract】 Based on the fly ash disposal engineering project of chlorine removal by waster washing, the resource recycle was studied and the economical factor for waster washing was also done. The results show the content of aluminum, silicon and calcium in the fly ash vary greatly in different region. The calcium content is the most abundant for about 20 %~40 %. The content of aluminum and silicon in fly ash increase with the decrease of chlorine content. After water washing, the fly ash can be used as a raw material for cement producing. The sodium chloride and potassium chloride are recovered for industrial salt from washing water. The ratio of water and fly ash is the key factor affecting the disposal cost of water washing for chlorine removal from fly ash. The smaller the ratio, the less amount of calcium dissolves and the less water evaporates, which result in lower disposal cost.
