高产早熟大豆新品种黔豆14的选育

【摘要】 【目的】育成高产早熟大豆新品种黔豆14,为贵州农业产业结构调整且适应大豆生产复种轮作、间种套种等多样化种植模式提供品种参考。【方法】以高产、早熟、多抗为育种目标,采用大豆杂交育种方法,成功培育出符合目标性状的大豆新品种黔豆14。【结果】黔豆14区域试验平均产量2 831.25 kg/hm~2,比对照黔豆7号增产10.67%;生产试验平均产量2 763.15 kg/hm~2,比对照增产11.84%;生育期116.6 d,比对照品种早5.9 d;紫花,灰毛,有限结荚习性,株高54.00 cm,单株荚数42.75个,单株粒数79.05粒,单株粒重13.45 g,百粒重17.15 g,蛋白质含量为41.40%,脂肪含量为19.90%,田间抗倒伏、感SMV程度轻、成熟时不裂荚,耐荫性强。【结论】新品种黔豆14适宜在贵州与高秆作物间作、与矮秆作物复种轮作及与经果林套种等多种模式的推广种植。

【Abstract】 【Objective】Qiandou 14, a new soybean variety with high yield and early maturity, is successfully bred to provide a variety reference for multiple cropping rotation, intercropping and inter-planting modes of soybean in Guizhou.【Method】Qiandou 14, a new soybean variety with high yield, early maturity and multiple resistance to diseases, is bred by a crossbreeding method.【Result】The average yield of Qiandou 14 in the regional and production tests is 2 831.25 kg/hm~2 and 2 763.15 kg/hm~2, 10.67% and 11.84% higher than CK respectively. The growth period of Qiandou 14 with purple flower, grey hair and limited pod bearing habit is 116.6 d, 5.9 d earlier than CK. The height, pod number per plant, grain number per plant, grain weight per plant, 100 grain weight, protein content and fat content of Qiandou 14 are 54.00 cm, 42.75, 79.05, 13.45 g, 17.15 g, 41.40% and 19.90% respectively. Qiandou 14 has the advantages of lodging resistance, light susceptibility to SMV, no pod cracking in maturity and strong shade resistance.【Conclusion】Qiandou 14 is suitably planted in multiple planting modes of intercropping with high stem crops, multiple cropping with dwarf crops and inter-planting with economic forest and fruit-bearing forest.
