【摘要】 运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,依托治理理论和ISO26000标准,对体育社团社会责任的基本内涵、履责困境与治理路径进行探讨,旨在促进体育社团积极履行社会责任,完善体育社团治理体系,为我国体育治理体系和治理能力现代化建设提供些许参考。认为体育社团理应履行组织治理责任、公共服务责任、文化传承责任和社会公益责任,在应对"多方治理责任缺失、履责内在动机不足、社团活动经费短缺"等履责困境时,必须要培育协同治理机制、构建社责治理体系、完善社团发展模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using literature, expert interviews, logical analysis and other methods, relying on governance theory and ISO26000 standards, research the basic connotation of social responsibility of sports associations, the dilemma of fulfilling social responsibilities and the governance path of sports associations, aiming to promote sports associations to actively perform society responsibility, improve the governance system of sports organizations, and provide some references for the modernization of my country’s sports governance system and governance capabilities.It is believed that sports associations should fulfill organizational governance responsibilities, public service responsibilities, cultural inheritance responsibilities and social welfare responsibilities.When sports associations are dealing with the dilemma of "the lack of multi-party governance responsibilities, the lack of intrinsic motivation to perform their responsibilities, and the shortage of funds for club activities".It is necessary to cultivate a collaborative governance mechanism, build a social responsibility governance system, and improve the development model of associations.更多还原
