射孔枪管自动上下料装置的设计
Design of automatic loading and unloading device for perforating gun barrel
【摘要】 射孔枪管是油气井钻采设备的关键部件,具有规格多样、加工工艺复杂和加工时间长等特点,在综合分析射孔枪管外形特点、加工工艺以及场地大小等因素的基础上,设计出一种上下料结构于一体的自动化装置,并对主要部件进行强度计算与机构运动参数计算。该装置的应用对解决不同规格的枪管自动上下料问题和加快枪管生产速度有较高的实用价值和一定的理论意义。
【Abstract】 Perforating gun barrel is the key component of oil and gas well drilling and production equipment,which has the characteristics of various specifications, complex processing technology and long processing time.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the shape characteristics, processing technology and site size of perforating gun barrel, an automatic device with loading and unloading structure is designed, and the strength calculation and mechanism motion parameter calculation of the main components are carried out. The application of the device has high practical value and certain theoretical significance for solving the problem of automatic loading and unloading of different specifications of barrel and accelerating the production speed of barrels.
