【摘要】 目的 研究少腹逐瘀颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片（达英-35）治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 选取66例原发性痛经且中医辨证为寒凝血瘀证患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，各33例。研究组给予少腹逐瘀颗粒联合达英-35治疗，对照组仅给予达英-35治疗。比较两组治疗前后痛经症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后1、3个月痛经评分均有明显改善，但停药3个月后，研究组痛经评分（3.2±1.9）分明显低于对照组的（6.5±1.0）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后1、3个月痛经程度均有明显改善，但停药3个月后，研究组痛经程度改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗期间凝血功能、肝、肾功能等相关指标均在正常范围内，在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论 少腹逐瘀颗粒联合达英-35治疗原发性痛经可显著缓解患者痛经症状，且疗效稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu granule combined with ethanestradiol cyproterone tablet(Daying-35) in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 66 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table, 33 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu granule combined with Daying-35, while the control group was treated with daying-35 only. The improvement of dysmenorrhea symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Dysmenorrhea scores of the two groups were significantly improved 1 and 3 months after treatment, but 3 months after drug withdrawal, dysmenorrhea score of the study group(3.2±1.9) was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.5±1.0),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The degree of dysmenorrhea in both groups was significantly improved 1 month and 3 months after treatment, but after 3 months of drug withdrawal, the degree of dysmenorrhea in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The coagulation function, liver function, kidney function and other related indicators of 2 groups were within the normal range during the treatment, and no obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment. Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu granule combined with Daying35 can significantly relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients with primary dysmenorrhea, and the effect is stable.更多还原
