【摘要】 2018年在福建省沙县富口镇溪口村沙县金德苗木有限公司苗圃开展北美冬青扦插育苗试验,探讨植物生长调节剂种类及浓度、插穗类型、插穗长度、扦插季节对北美冬青扦插生根的影响。结果表明:植物生长调节剂以ABT 500 mg·L-1生根效果最好,生根率达88.00%,生根条数达25.77条,平均根长达3.50 cm;半木质化插穗生根效果最好,生根率达86.67%,生根条数达25.10条,平均根长达3.46 cm; 5 cm长的插穗生根效果最好,生根率达86.67%,生根条数达24.90条,平均根长达3.40 cm;春季扦插生根效果最佳,生根率达89.33%,生根条数达25.93条,平均根长达3.60 cm。综合结果表明,北美冬青扦插育苗宜在春季,采用5 cm长、半木质化的插穗,ABT 500 mg·L-1溶液快蘸10 s后扦插效果最好。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of different kinds and concentrations of rooting agents, cuttings types, cuttings length and cutting season on the rooting of Ilex verticillata cutting were studied.The results of the study showed that 500 mg·L-1 ABT had the best rooting effect, the rooting rate was 88.00%,the number of rooting was 25.77,and the average rooting length was 3.50 cm.The rooting effect of semi lignified cuttings was the best, the rooting rate was 86.67%,the number of rooting was 25.10,and the average root length was 3.46 cm.5 cm long cuttings had the best rooting effect, the rooting rate was 86.67%,the number of rooting was 24.90,and the average root length was 3.40 cm.The best rooting effect was cutting in spring, the rooting rate was 89.33%,the number of rooting branches was 25.93,and the average rooting length was 3.60 cm.The results showed that the cutting propagation of Ilex verticillata should be carried out in spring, and the cutting with semi lignified and 5 cm long cuttings was the best after soaking in ABT 500 mg·L-1 solution for 10 second.
