空间三结太阳电池用激光防护盖片研究

【摘要】 为了提高空间太阳电池阵的激光防护能力,设计并制备了一种空间三结太阳电池用激光防护盖片。使用电子束热蒸发、离子源辅助沉积的方式,在空间用抗辐照玻璃盖片表面沉积激光防护膜。此种盖片在400~900 nm的平均透射率为94.07%,在三结砷化镓太阳电池表面贴片后,对1 064 nm的反射率大于60%,效率衰降为2.18%,吸收系数为0.820。相比MgF2盖片组件,激光防护盖片对1 064 nm激光的防护能力显著提升,同时可以降低在轨工作温度,提高在轨输出功率。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the laser protection ability of space solar array,the laser protection coverglass for space triple junction solar cells was designed and prepared.The laser protection film was deposited on the anti-irradiation coverglass by electron beam evaporation and ion source assistance deposition.The average transmittance of laser protection coverglass in the range of 400-900 nm is 94.07%.The reflectance rate of laser protection coverglass against the 1 064 nm laser is more than 60%.The efficiency reduction is 2.18% and the absorptance coefficient is 0.820.Compared with MgF2 coverglass,the laser protection ability of the laser protection coverglass against the 1 064 nm laser is significantly improved.The laser protection coverglass can reduce the orbital temperature of solar cell and improve its orbital output power.
