【摘要】 土地资源管理作为自然资源管理最对口专业之一,机构改革背景下其培养目标与培养方案改革调整势在必行。从自然资源内涵、机构改革与职能配置分析新时期国家对自然资源管理人才需求,总结当前专业培养不足和面临挑战。从培养理念转变、理论基础、核心技能等方面分析,探讨专业培养目标重新定位和重塑途径。探讨专业课程体系重构方案,根据培养目标共拟定10门核心课程和6大课程模块,对新时期专业建设和改革提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land resource management is one of the most corresponding majors in natural resource management,and it is imperative to reform and adjust its training objectives and training programs under the background of institutional reform.From the connotation of natural resources,institutional reform and functional allocation,this paper analyzes the national demand for natural resources management talents in the new period,and summarizes the current shortage of professional training and challenges.Secondly,this paper analyzes the transformation of training ideas,theoretical basis,core skills and other aspects,and discusses the ways to reposition and reshape professional training objectives.Then,this paper discusses the reconstruction scheme of professional curriculum system,and designes 10 core courses and 6 major curriculum modules according to the training objectives,and puts forward some suggestions on professional construction and reform in the new period.更多还原
