【摘要】 目的探讨55例老年糖尿病足骨髓炎的诊治体会。方法选取2015年10月至2017年8月在本院接诊的55例老年糖尿病足骨髓炎患者作为研究对象,分为截肢组(n=21)和保肢组(n=34),回顾分析临床特征与是否截肢的关系。结果糖尿病足骨髓炎患者截肢率为38.18%,截肢组患者白细胞数、外周血疾病、足部渗液明显高于保肢组患者,且两组患者炎症、外周血疾病严重程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。截肢组患者住院时间、糖尿病病程和糖尿病足病程长于保肢组,住院费用高于保肢组,创面面积大于保肢组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取合适的治疗方法能够有效防止老年糖尿病足骨髓炎患者病情恶化,降低截肢率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of 55 cases of ederly diabetic foot osteomyelitis. Methods From October 2015 to August 2017, 55 elderly patients with diabetic foot osteomyelitis were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into amputation group and limb salvage group. The relationship between clinical characteristics and amputation was retrospectively analyzed. Results The amputation rate of diabetic foot osteomyelitis patients was 38.18%, diabetic foot amputation in patients with white blood cell count, peripheral blood disease, foot effusion in the amputation group were significantly higher than those in limb salvage group, with statistical significance and there was statistically significant difference in the severity of inflammation and peripheral blood diseases between the two groups(P<0.05). The length of hospital stay, duration of diabetes and duration of diabetic foot in amputation group were longer than those in limb salvage group, the hospitalization cost was higher than that in limb salvage group, and the wound area was larger than that in limb salvage group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Appropriate treatment can effectively prevent the deterioration of the disease and reduce the amputation rate of the elderly diabetic foot osteomyelitis, and clear the selection of treatment options for the elderly diabetic foot osteomyelitis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
