苏州大学肠易激综合征流行现状和相关因素分析
Prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome and analysis of related factors in Soochow University
【摘要】 目的了解肠易激综合征在青年人群中的流行现状及相关影响因素。方法按照整群随机抽样原则,于2018年12月至2019年5月抽取1 348名苏州大学大一至大四在校本科生进行问卷调查。采用自制调查表对在校本科生性别、专业、健康情况等进行调查,共发放问卷1 348份,回收有效问卷1 207份,有效率为89.5%。分析在校本科生肠易激综合征患病情况及分布、影响因素、就诊情况等。结果 1 207份有效问卷中,有60例符合肠易激综合征的诊断标准,患病率为5.1%。月经情况、是否有胃肠炎史是女生发生肠易激综合征的影响因素(P<0.05)。其中,有月经不调的女生患肠易激综合征的风险是无月经不调女生的2.656倍,既往有肠胃炎病史的女生患肠易激综合征的风险是无肠胃炎病史女生的2.538倍。除去月经不调因素后,有无肠胃炎史是发生肠易激综合征的影响因素(P<0.05)。其中,有肠胃炎史患肠易激综合征的风险是无肠胃炎病史的2.343倍。结论苏州大学在校本科生肠易激综合征的患病率为5.1%。月经不调和既往有肠胃炎病史是发生肠易激综合征的危险因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome and related factors in young people. Methods From December2018 to May 2019, a random sampling survey was conducted among four undergraduates in Suzhou University. A total of 1 348 questionnaires were distributed and 1 207 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective rate was 89.5%. To analyze the prevalence and distribution of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS), the influencing factors, and the treatment situation of undergraduates. Results Among the 1 207 valid questionnaires, 60 cases metthe diagnostic criteria of irritable bowel syndrome, and the prevalence rate was 5.1%. Menstruation and history of gastroenteritis were the influencing factors of irritable bowel syndrome(P<0.05). Among them, the risk of irritable bowel syndrome in girls with irregular menstruation was 2.656 times higher than that of girls without irregular menstruation. The risk of irritable bowel syndrome in girls with previous history of gastroenteritis was2.538 times higher than that of girls without history of gastroenteritis. After removing the irregular menstruation, the history of gastroenteritis was the influencing factor of irritable bowel syndrome(P<0.05). Among them, the risk of irritable bowel syndrome in students with history of gastroenteritis was 2.343 times higher than that of students without history of gastroenteritis. Conclusion The prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome among undergraduates in Suzhou University is 5.1%. Irregular menstruation and previous history of gastroenteritis are risk factors for irritable bowel syndrome.
