【Abstract】 China’s retirement system has some integral system flaw in the combination of rigor and softness,the pursuit of equality,the shaping of rights and the rule of law.Therefore,we must make a comprehensive reflection,and carry out systematic top-level design and improvement.The overall reform is the logical requirement of the system construction and the realistic response to the era development and the social change.It is also inevitable to overcome the defects of the system.We need to follow the concept of holistic reform,and build a retirement system with Chinese characteristics that responds to economic and social changes and embodies the values of fairness and efficiency through a comprehensive approach.更多还原
