【摘要】 本文基于熵权法和耦合协调度评价模型,对2007—2016年京津冀、东北三省旅游业和环保产业耦合协调度进行研究。实证分析表明:从区域层面看,京津冀旅游业和环保产业的耦合协调度从中度失调衰退转为初级协调发展型;而东北三省旅游业和环保产业的耦合协调度从轻度失调衰退转为勉强协调发展型。从产业层面看,京津冀旅游业和东北三省旅游业的耦合协调度总体上呈现出不断提升的趋势,2016年达到初级协调发展型;而环保产业耦合协调度较低,且近年来有下降的趋势。从区域和产业双元互动耦合层面看,京津冀和东北三省整体区域旅游业与环保产业之间相互促进大于相互抑制。打造京津冀、东北三省和环渤海湾的全域旅游路线,合理评估旅游和旅游配套服务经营过程中对环境的负面影响,将环保产业纳入旅游开发前需要考量的指标等措施有助于进一步提高京津冀、东北三省旅游业和环保产业耦合协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the entropy weight method and the coupling model, this paper studies the trend of the coupling relationship between tourism industry and environmental protection industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Three Provinces in Northeast China. The empirical research results show that at the regional level, the coupling degree between tourism industry and environmental protection industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has evolved from moderately dysfunctional recession mode to primary coordinated mode. The coupling degree between the industry and the environmental protection industry in the Three Northeastern Provinces has evolved from mild disfunctional recession mode to a barely coordinated mode. At the industry level, the degree of coupling and coordination between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Three Provinces in Northeast China has generally shown an increasing trend, reaching a primary level of coordinated development in 2016; while the degree of coupling and coordination between the environmental protection industry is lower and has tended to decline in recent years. At the level of dual coupling between region and industry, the mutual promotion between tourism and environmental protection industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Three Provinces in Northeast China may be greater than mutual inhibition.Measures including creating a global tourism route in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Three Provinces in Northeast China, and the Bohai Bay, reasonably assessing the negative impact on the environment during the operation of tourism and the related supporting services, and including environmental industries as indicators to be taken into account before tourism development can be further improve the coupled and coordinated development of tourism and environmental industries in Beijing-TianjinHebei and the Three Provinces in Northeast China.更多还原
