馈线自动化终端后备电源可用性快速检测

【摘要】 作为馈线自动化终端(FTU)的后备电源,阀控式铅酸电池(VRLA)为电力系统的安全运行提供保障。在实际生产中,由于电池的自放电,导致出厂前长期闲置的后备电源的电池组电压降低、性能变差,容易使新安装的FTU设备无法正常工作。在分析长期搁置的铅酸电池组由于自放电而使端电压和性能降低的基础上,提出一种在FTU终端设备上电时,快速检测后备电池组可用性的方法,并搭建硬件检测电路,完成数据的实时采集。使用小波变换对数据进行分析处理,实现电池组可用性判断、组中故障电池数量判断,检测时间缩短为1 min,提高了电池组检测的精度和系统安全性。

【Abstract】 As the backup power supply of feeder terminal unit(FTU),valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA) battery guaranteed the safety of power system.In the actual production, the backup power supply had been idle for a long time before leaving the factory, resulting in the voltage drop of the battery pack and the poor performance due to the self-discharge of the battery, which was easy to make the newly installed FTU equipment fail to work normally.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the terminal voltage and perfor-mance degradation of idle lead-acid battery pack, a quick detection method for the usability of backup battery pack was put forward when FTU terminal equipment was power-on, a hardware detection circuit was built to realize the real-time data collection.Wavelet transform was used to analyze and process the data, to judge the usability of battery pack and the number of faulty batteries in the group.The detection time was shortened to 1 min, the detection accuracy and system security of the battery group were improved.
