【摘要】 基于2017年流动人口动态监测微观数据和2016年城市层面的宏观数据构建二元logistic模型,分别从流出侧和流入侧探讨了城市基本公共服务的供给水平对流动人口家庭化迁移的影响。结果表明,流出侧的城市基本公共服务供给水平普遍较低,尚未发挥人力资本效应因而对家庭化迁出仅存在线性负向影响;在流入侧,受社会保障服务的正向作用以及基础教育服务的负向影响,城市基本公共服务供给与家庭化迁入之间存在倒U型关系。为有效促进流动人口的家庭化迁移,应加大流出地的公共服务投入水平,特别是在基础教育和医疗卫生领域;在流入地则应关注公共服务资本化的负面影响,尽快破除户籍障碍,基于常住人口来配置公共服务资源;流出地与流入地政府之间关于流动人口家庭的信息交流和共享则有利于公共服务资源的有效配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the micro data of China Migrants Dynamic Survey in 2017 and the macro data of urban level in 2016, this paper constructs a binary logistic model to explore the impact of the supply level of urban basic public services on the family migration from the outflow side and the inflow side, respectively. The results show that the urban basic public service supply on the outflow side is generally low, and the human capital effect has not been played, so there is only a negative linear impact on the outflow of family migration. From the inflow side, due to the positive effect of social security services and the negative influence of basic education services, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the urban basic public service supply and family migration. In order to effectively promote the family migration, it is necessary to increase the level of public service input, especially in the field of basic education and health care. In the destination area, we should pay attention to the negative impact of capitalization of public services, remove the household registration barrier as soon as possible, and allocate public service resources based on the permanent resident population. In addition, the information exchange and sharing between the government of the outflow and inflow is conducive to the effective allocation of basic public service resources.更多还原
