基于光纤传感器的弹簧检长系统

【摘要】 系统由光纤传感器、测量及放大电路、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)及显示器组成。实验室测试得到电压与反射面距离函数关系,实际使用中运用该函数,通过测量电压计算出待测弹簧长度。经试验测得电压与反射面距离拟合函数其线性度为1%,灵敏度为1 V/mm,分辨力为0.01 mm,经实际对弹簧长度测量其分辨力为0.01 mm,按照国家标准1级弹簧长度误差小于标准弹簧±0.2 mm为合格,表明:该系统完全可以满足弹簧检长要求,且线性度好、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强。实际对弹簧测量结果正确率为100%,且精度高成本低,操作简单。

【Abstract】 The system consists of non-contact reflective fiber optic sensors,measurement and amplification circuits,field programmable gate array(FPGA) and displays.The laboratory test obtains the relationship between the voltage and the reflection surface distance.In practice,this function is used to calculate the length of the spring to be tested by measuring the voltage.The distance between the voltage and the reflection surface is calculated by the laboratory.The linearity is 1 %,the sensitivity is 1 V/mm,and the resolution is 0.01 mm.The actual resolution of the spring length is 0.01 mm.According to the national standard level 1,the length error of the spring is less than the standard spring ± 0.2 mm,which indicates that the system can fully meet the requirements of spring inspection,and has good linearity,high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.The accuracy of the actual test results of the optical fiber sensor is 100 %,and the precision is high,the cost is low,and the operation is simple.
