针刺调控自然杀伤细胞功能的研究进展
Progress in development of regulation for natural killer cells function by acupuncture
【摘要】 越来越多的临床证据表明,针刺对各种免疫相关疾病,包括肿瘤、哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、自身免疫性疾病和免疫缺陷综合征等具有良好的效果。针刺可调节免疫功能,其中作为先天性免疫重要成员的自然杀伤细胞(NKCs)可能起到了关键作用。文章论述了NKCs在免疫相关疾病中的重要作用,总结了目前临床试验和动物实验中针刺对NKCs功能的影响,并讨论了其可能的调控机制。为今后深入研究针刺调控NKCs的功能和机制研究提供了科学理论基础。
【Abstract】 There is growing clinical evidence that acupuncture is effective against a variety of immune diseases, including tumors, asthma, allergic rhinitis, autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency syndrome. Acupuncture regulates immune function, in which natural killer cells, as important members of innate immunity, may play a key role. In this review, we discussed the important role of natural killer(NK) cells in immune-related diseases, summarized the effect of acupuncture on NK cells function in clinical trials and animal experiments, and discussed its possible regulatory mechanism. It provides a scientific theoretical basis for further study on the function and mechanism of acupuncture regulating NK cells.
