TiO 2对R 2 O-CaO-MgO-Al 2 O3-SiO 2系微晶玻璃显微结构及性能的影响

【摘要】 用熔融法制备了R 2O-CaO-MgO-Al2 O 3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试方法,研究了TiO2对微晶玻璃显微结构和性能的影响。结果表明,TiO 2在热处理过程中有降低基础玻璃成核位垒,促进析晶的作用,TiO2的添加量为4.5%(质量分数)和5.0%时,样品的主晶相为镁橄榄石,次晶相为透辉石和斜顽辉石。随着TiO2添加量的进一步增加,镁橄榄石晶相的衍射峰逐渐减弱,斜顽辉石晶相的衍射峰逐渐增强;TiO2的添加量为5.5%和6.0%时,样品的主晶相为斜顽辉石,次晶相为镁橄榄石和透辉石;样品的力学性能有先增大后稳定的趋势,抗弯强度最大为87.08 MPa,显微硬度最大为7.16 GPa。

【Abstract】 R 2 O-CaO-MgO-Al 2 O 3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics are prepared by melting method.The effects of TiO2 on the microstructure and properties of glass-ceramics are studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that,TiO2 can decrease the nucleation barrier and promote the crystallization during the heat treatment.When the addition amount of TiO2 is 4.5% and 5.0%,the main crystalline phase of the sample is forsterite,and the secondary crystalline phase is diopside and clinoenstatite.With the increase of TiO2 content,the diffraction peak of forsterite crystal phase gradually weaken,and the diffraction peak of clinoenstatite crystal phase gradually enhance.When the addition amount of TiO2 is 5.5%and 6.0%,the main crystalline phase of the sample is clinoenstatite,and the secondary crystalline phase is forsterite and diopside.The mechanical properties of the samples increase at first and then stabilize.The bending strength and microhardness of the samples are 87.08 MPa and 7.16 GPa respectively.
