【摘要】 新农科建设“北京指南”研究了新农科建设发展举措，提出了新农科改革实践方案。为切实提高地方本科院校新农科背景下专业人才培养质量，文章从新农科建设国内外研究现状出发，对新农科建设工作进行探讨与研究。针对新农科建设中存在的问题与不足，提出地方本科院校新农科建设措施，以期培养出知农、爱农的新型懂技术、会管理、善经营、具有良好人文素质的新一代复合型、应用型新农科人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 The“Beijing Guide”for the construction of new agricultural sciences studied the measures of the construction and development of new agricultural sciences,and put forward practical plans for the reform of new agricultural science. In order to effectively improve the quality of professional talents training in local colleges and universities under the background of new agriculture,this paper discusses and studies the construction of new agricultural science from the research status at home and abroad. In view of the existing problems and shortcomings in the construction of new agricultural science,the measures for the construction of new agricultural science in local colleges and universities were put forward,in order to cultivate a new generation of compound and applied new agricultural science talents who know and love agriculture,are versed in techniques,good at management and operation,and have good humanistic quality.更多还原
