【Abstract】 Taking Liaoning Institute of Saline-alkali Land Utilization as an example, the measures of scientific research management were elaborated, including strengthening the construction of scientific research management personnel, strengthening the management of the implementation process of projects and results, strengthening the storage and cultivation of achievements,carrying out informatization management models, and strengthening the daily management of science and technology archives,etc., in order to provide references for the effective development of scientific research management of agricultural research institutes.更多还原
