基于隶属函数法的葡萄耐盐性评价

【摘要】 [目的]筛选耐盐性较强的葡萄品种,为盐碱地葡萄栽培品种选择提供依据。[方法]以盆栽1年生扦插葡萄苗为试材,进行持续盐胁迫处理,测定相关生长指标和生理指标,运用隶属函数法分析10个葡萄品种间的耐盐性。[结果]盐胁迫后,不同品种的葡萄对盐胁迫的响应程度不同,10个葡萄品种生长减缓,生物量下降,相对电导率和丙二醛含量不同程度增加。[结论]春光、金光和香妃耐盐性较好,巨玫瑰和摩尔多瓦耐盐性较差。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To select the grape varieties with strong salt tolerance, and provide the basis for the selection of grape varieties in saline alkali area.[Method] The pot annual cuttage grape seedlings were used as the test material to carry out continuous salt stress treatment, and the related growth and physiological indexes were measured.The salt tolerance of 10 grape varieties was analyzed by membership function method.[Result]After salt stress, the response degree of different varieties to salt stress was different, the growth of 10 grape varieties slowed down, biomass decreased, relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content increased to different degrees.[Conclusion]The salt tolerance of Chunguang, Jinguang and Xiangfei was better and that of Jumeigui and Moldova was poor.
