【Abstract】 Ecological livability is the key to rural revitalization.As a large agricultural province, Heilongjiang Province has experienced increasing rural population loss and “hollowing” in recent years, and rural development lacks internal motivation.This article analyzes Heilongjiang’s rural population, public facilities, and environmental governance through statistical data, summarizes the bottlenecks in the construction of ecologically livable villages in the province, and provides reasonable suggestions for the government to carry out the improvement of rural human settlements, promote the construction of rural ecological livable, and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.更多还原
