【摘要】 在实施乡村振兴发展战略的背景下,闲置农宅的盘活利用越来越受到各级政府的重视,合理高效的开发利用对于资源的配置效率、村集体和农民的权益保障、农村经济发展、乡村振兴具有深远意义。北京市房山区石板台村充分开发利用闲置农宅,大力发展民宿旅游项目,不仅壮大了集体经济,也使得农民的财产性收入不断增加。基于京郊宅基地现状,通过对石板台村开发利用模式为例进行分析,并针对京郊闲置农宅开发利用中所遇到的问题提出相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and development, the active use of idle farm houses is increasingly valued by governments at all levels. The rational and efficient development and utilization of resources for the efficiency of resource allocation, the protection of the rights of village collectives and farmers, rural economic development, rural revitalization has far-reaching significance. Shibantai Village, Fangshan District, Beijing fully develops and utilizes idle farm houses and vigorously develops homestay tourism projects, which not only strengthens the collective economy, but also keeps increasing the farmers’ property income. Based on the status of homesteads in Beijing suburbs, this paper analyzes the development and utilization model of Shibantai Village as an example, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems encountered in the development and utilization of idle farmhouses in Beijing suburbs.更多还原
