不同喀斯特微生境中八角莲生长比较

【摘要】 目的:探讨八角莲仿野生栽培效果,比较不同喀斯特小生境八角莲的生长差异,拟总结选出适宜推广的八角莲种植技术。方法:在茂兰保护区选择不同的喀斯特微生境(土面、石窝、石缝、石沟)仿野生栽植八角莲,并与人工大田栽植对比,测定不同生境下八角莲的株高、叶片数、叶面积、生长量。结果:仿野生石山种植八角莲的株高、叶片数、叶面积、生长量均大于大田人工栽培,其中土面种植的八角莲株高最高,石缝、石窝和石沟次之;石缝生境下叶片数最多,其次为土面、石沟、石窝,叶面积、生物量的增长与叶片数相同,依次为:石缝>土面>石沟>石窝>大田。结论:仿野生石山生境种植八角莲优于人工大田栽培,具有推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to explore the effect of Dysosmae versipellis imitating wild cultivation, compare the growth differences of Dysosmae Versipellis in different karst niches, and select suitable Dysosmae versipellis cultivation methods, Method: In Maolan Nature Reserve, we chose different karst niches(soil surface, stone nest, stone fissure, stone ditch)to imitate wild planting and artificial fields through comparing the plant height, leaf number and leaf area of Dysosmae Versipellis in different habitats. Results: the plant height, leaf number and leaf area of Dysosmae versipellis in imitation of wild stone mountain were larger than those cultivated in field. The Dysosmae versipellis planted on the soil surface had the highest plant height, followed by stone fissure, stone nests and stone ditch; and the leave number in stone fissure habitat was the largest, followed by soil surface, stone ditch and stone nest; and the increase in leaf area was the same as the leave number, which was expressed as: stone fissure>soil surface>stone ditch>stone nest>artificial field cultivation. Conclusion: the cultivation of Dysosmae versipellis in imitating wild stone mountain habitat is better than artificial field cultivation, and has promotion value.
