中西药合用治疗急性缺血性中风临床观察

【摘要】 目的:观察中西药合用治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:86例随机分为两组各43例。两组均给予依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组加用通腑祛痰汤。结果:治疗后两组中医症状积分、NIHSS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组降幅更大(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西药合用治疗急性缺血性中风可提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on acute ischemic stroke. Methods: 86 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Edaravone Injection, and the observation group were treated with Tongfu Qutan Decoction. Result: After treatment, the TCM symptom scores and NIHSS scores of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05). The decrease in the observation group was much greater(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy of acute ischemic stroke.更多还原
