高压高效管式隔爆型三相异步电动机设计
Design of High-Voltage High-Efficiency Tube Flameproof Type Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor
【摘要】 设计了一种高压高效管式隔爆型三相异步电动机。介绍了该电机的整体结构及定子、机座、转子、风扇、轴承、接线盒设计特点。该电机在电机效率、圆周偏心布管、高强度隔爆件、轴贯通曲路、稀油润滑滚动轴承、高防护、低振动、低噪声等设计方面具有创新性。通过产品样机测试试验和数据分析证实了该电机的先进性。
【Abstract】 A high-voltage high-efficiency tube flameproof type three-phase asynchronous motor is designed. The design advantages of the whole structure and the stator, frame, rotor, fan, bearing and junction box of the motor are introduced. The motor design shows innovation in the aspects of efficiency, circumferential eccentric tube arrangement, high strength flameproof parts, shaft through winding, thin oil lubricated rolling bearing, high protection, low vibration, low noise, etc. The advancement of the designed motor is proved by analyzing the test data of the product prototype.
