410S酸洗板边部缺陷成因分析

【摘要】 针对热轧后的410S钢带酸洗时发现钢板表面靠近边部出现质量缺陷,分析确定导致此类缺陷的主要原因,为改善钢带表面质量提供工艺改进方向。

【Abstract】 In view of the quality defects found near the edge of the steel plate surface during pickling of 410 S steel strip after hot rolling,the main causes of such defects have been analyzed and determined,so as to provide process improvement for the surface quality of the steel strip
