【摘要】 为评价香莲溶液、连蒲双清颗粒和高山大巴对沙门菌的体外抗菌以及对雏鸡感染沙门菌的保护性作用,测定3种药物的体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)及雏鸡接种肠炎沙门菌后的组织病变、体重、血清应激和抗氧化指标。结果显示,在试验范围内香连溶液的MIC和MBC分别为1∶300和1∶100;连蒲双清颗粒无体外抑菌和杀菌效果;高山大巴的MIC为24 g/L,试验浓度内未表现出杀菌效果;香连溶液和高山大巴的抗菌效果不受菌株耐药性的影响。3种中药可不同程度地减少沙门菌感染造成的组织病变和感染后期组织中沙门菌分离率,提高感染雏鸡的体重,降低血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT/GPT)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,提高感染早期超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的含量。本试验为市售中药防控沙门菌感染提供试验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the bacteriostatic and bactericidal in vitro and protective effect on chicken of commercially traditional Chinese medicine,Xianglian solution,Lianpu Shuangqing granule and Gaoshan Daba for Salmonella enteritidis, the MIC and MBC of the three traditional Chinese medicine were determined. Death,tissue lesions,body weight,stress and antioxidant index in sera of chicken in each group after infection with Salmonella enteritidis were analyzed. The results showed that MIC and MBC of Xianglian solution were 1∶300 and 1∶100, respectively,Lianpu Shuangqing granules had no antibacterial effect. The MIC of Gaoshan Daba was 24 g/L and had no bactericidal effect on Salmonella enteritidis in the test concentration range. The antibacterial effects of Xianglian solution and Gaoshan Daba were not affected by drug resistance of Salmonella enteritidis. All three Chinese medicines could reduce the tissue lesions and the late-infected isolation rate of Salmonella in chickens infected with Salmonella enteritidis to varying degrees,improved the weight,reduced the levels of LDH,ALT/GPT and MDA and increase the early-infected content of T-SOD and GSH-Px in serum.
