两种温度下制备的香蒲活性炭对布洛芬的吸附性能比较

【摘要】 以香蒲为原料在350℃和550℃下利用氯化锌活化法制备两种活性炭吸附剂,利用比表面积分析仪和红外光谱仪对样品进行表征分析,采用批量吸附试验研究活性炭投加量、吸附时间、pH、温度、初始浓度及有机物竞争吸附对布洛芬去除效果的影响,比较两种活性炭的吸附效果。试验结果表明,两种活性炭对布洛芬的最大去除率分别高达93.5%和97.2%,但550℃下制备的活性炭具有更好的吸附效果。吸附动力学、吸附热力学研究表明,两种活性炭对布洛芬的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型,反应过程均吸热、熵增且自发进行。Langmuir吸附等温模型能更好地拟合吸附过程。研究为活性炭的制备条件提供了参考,为含布洛芬的废水提供了一种经济高效的处理方式。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of activated carbon adsorbents were prepared from cattails at 350 ℃ and 550℃. The samples were characterized by specific surface area analyzer and infrared spectrometer. The adsorption of activated carbon, adsorption time, pH value, temperature, initial concentration organic competitive adsorption were studied by batch adsorption experiments. The effect of the removal of ibuprofen was compared and adsorption effects of the two activated carbons were compared. Experimental results showed that the maximum removal rates of ibuprofen by the two activated carbons were as high as 93.5% and 97.2%, respectively, but activated carbon prepared at 550 ℃ had better adsorption effect. The adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics studies showed that adsorption process of ibuprofen by both activated carbons accordded with quasi-secondary kinetic model, and reaction process absorbed heat, entropy increased and spontaneously proceeded. The Langmuir adsorption isotherm model better fitted the adsorption process. The study provided a reference for preparation conditions of activated carbon, and provided a cost-effective treatment for wastewater containing ibuprofen.
