【Abstract】 Normal bone is very important in maintaining normal body shape and healthy activities,and any bone disease will endanger human health. Bone growth and development is a complex process,which is influenced by many pathways and factors. The growth plate carried by epiphyseal cartilage is an important part of bone growth,and its developmental disorder directly affects bone growth.
