【摘要】 目的:探讨结直肠癌(CRC)组织内γδT淋巴细胞的表达变化及临床意义。方法:免疫组化法检测90例CRC组织中γδT淋巴细胞和CD8~+T淋巴细胞表达变化。Wilcoxon秩和检验分析γδT淋巴细胞、CD8~+T淋巴细胞在CRC组织及癌旁组织中的表达差异;卡方检验探讨γδT淋巴细胞、CD8~+T淋巴细胞的表达与CRC患者临床病理参数间的关系;Spearman法分析CRC组织中γδT淋巴细胞与CD8~+ T淋巴细胞的相关性;Kaplan-Meier法评估γδT淋巴细胞、CD8~+ T淋巴细胞表达与结直肠癌患者预后的关系;COX回归模型探究CRC患者的预后危险因素。结果:CRC组织及癌旁组织中γδT淋巴细胞、CD8~+T淋巴细胞表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CRC组织内γδT淋巴细胞表达变化与CRC临床分期呈负相关,而与CRC患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、N分期无关。CD8~+T淋巴细胞表达与CRC患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、N分期、临床分期均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。CRC组织内γδT淋巴细胞表达与CD8~+T淋巴细胞表达呈正相关。γδT淋巴细胞高表达的患者预后更佳,CD8~+T淋巴细胞表达水平与CRC患者预后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX回归模型分析表明,γδT淋巴细胞是评估CRC预后的独立危险因素。结论:CRC组织中γδT淋巴细胞表达变化与CRC患者预后密切相关,对CRC患者预后评估具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate expression change and clinical significance of γδT lymphocytes in colorectal cancer(CRC) tissues.Methods:Expression changes of γδT and CD8~+T lymphocytes in 90 CRC tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Wilcoxon test was used to analyze differential expressions of γδT and CD8~+T lymphocytes in CRC and para-carcinoma tissues.A chi-square test was used to investigate relationship between expression and clinic pathological parameters.Correlation between γδT lymphocytes levels and CD8~+T lymphocytes levels in CRC tissues was analyzed by Spearman method.Relation of prognosis of patients with CRC and γδT and CD8~+T lymphocytes were explored by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.COX regression model was used to analyze prognostic factors of CRC.Results:There was no significant difference in expressions of γδT lymphocytes and CD8~+T lymphocytes in CRC tissues and para-carcinoma tissues.Expression of γδT lymphocytes in CRC tissues was negatively correlated with clinical stage of CRC,but not statistically significant with age,sex,tumor size and N stage of CRC.Expression of CD8~+T lymphocytes was not statistically significant age,sex,tumor size,N stage and clinical stage of CRC(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between γδT lymphocytes expression and CD8~+T lymphocytes expression in CRC tissues.Prognosis of patients with high expression of γδT lymphocytes was better,and not statistically significant in expression of CD8~+T lymphocytes.COX regression model analysis showed that γδT lymphocytes is an independent factor in prognosis evaluating of CRC.Conclusion:Expression level of γδT lymphocytes in CRC tissues is closely related to prognosis of CRC patients,which has important value in evaluating prognosis of CRC patients.更多还原
