【摘要】 实验选取玉米粒、奶粉、熟鸡蛋黄、小麦和酵母5种材料配制成培养液来培养草履虫.同时观察它们对草履虫种群生长的影响.结果显示:玉米粒、奶粉、熟鸡蛋黄培养液为草履虫理想培养液.配制3种理想材料的不同浓度梯度的培养液,探究适合草履虫生长和繁殖的最适浓度.结果显示:玉米粒培养液的最适浓度为每1000 mL水中加10～20 g玉米粒;熟鸡蛋黄培养液的最适浓度为每60 mL冷开水中加入0.1～0.2 g熟鸡蛋黄;奶粉培养液的最适浓度为每1 000 mL水中加入1～2 g奶粉.这说明培养液种类和浓度对草履虫的生长和繁殖均有不同程度的影响.更多还原

【Abstract】 The culture medium was prepared from corn kernel,milk powder,cooked egg yolk,wheat and yeast to cultivate paramecium.At the same time,the effect of culture medium on the growth of paramecium population was observed.The results showed that corn kernel,milk powder and cooked egg yolk were ideal medium for paramecium.The optimal concentration for growth and reproduction of paramecium was studied by preparing the culture medium with different concentration gradient of 3 ideal materials.The results showed that the optimum concentration of corn kernel medium was 10～20 g corn kernel per 1 000 mL water;the optimum concentration of egg yolk medium was 0.1 ～0.2 g cooked egg yolk per60 cold boiled water;the optimum concentration of milk powder medium was 1 ～2 g milk powder per 1 000 mL water.This indicated that the variety and concentration of the culture medium had different effects on the growth and reproduction of paramecium.更多还原
