我国现役优秀男子三级跳远运动员踏跳技术分析

【摘要】 以2019年全国室内田径锦标赛总决赛男子三级跳远运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、运动图像解析法对其三跳起跳技术进行三维运动学分析。结果表明,我国运动员三跳水平速度损失率较小;三跳着地角偏小,与世界优秀运动员存在显著差距(P<0.05);单足跳和跳跃阶段普遍存在着地角大于离地角的现象;三跳腾起角较世界优秀运动员小;技术类型普遍采用高跳型技术。

【Abstract】 Take the triple jump male athletes in 2019 National Indoor Track and Field Championship Finals as the research object. This paper analyzes the athletes’ triple jump technology from the perspective of Three-Dimensional kinematics by using the literature data method and moving image analysis method. The results show that the loss rate of horizontal speed in triple jumps is relatively low. The touchdown angle of the triple jump is smaller than that of the world elite athletes(P<0.05). There is a phenomenon that the touchdown angle is larger than the extention angle in step and jump. The take-off angle of triple jump is smaller than that of world elite athletes. The type of triple jump technology generally adopts high jump.
