【摘要】 目前,高职高专职业教育在我国整个职业教育体系中占有重要地位,每年为社会输送大量专业技能型人才,构成社会建设的主力军。但据调查发现,其毕业生远期职业能力发展、职业素质提升等方面表现不尽如人意。三年制高职高专教育具有学制短、职业属性强的特点,而医学检验技术专业则因学业繁重,校内教育更注重专业教育而忽视职业教育,在校教学难以满足学生未来职业发展。学生毕业后普遍关注学业延伸、专业能力拓展及职业能力提升三大领域,主要涉及十项具体热点问题。对这些问题,学生离校后迫切需要解决却难以解决,不同程度影响职业发展。因此,有必要针对热点问题,在学生离校后开展职业延伸教育,以弥补在校教育的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,vocational education plays an important role in the whole vocational education system of our country,which transports a large number of professional and skilled talents for thesociety every year,which constitutes the main force of social con-struction.However,according to the investigation,it is found that thelong-term professional ability development and professional quality improvement of its graduates are not satisfactory.Higher vocational education is more difficult to meet the needs of higher vocational education because of its short professional education and higher vocational education.After graduation,students generally pay atten-tion to three major areas:Academic extension,professional abilitydevelopment and professional ability improvement,mainly invol-ving ten specific hot issues.These problems are urgently needed tobe solved after leaving school,but they are difficult to solve them-selves,which affect career development in varying degrees.There-fore,it is necessary to carry out career extension education for stu-dents after leaving school to make up for the problems in school insufficient.更多还原
