【摘要】 2005年,中国医院协会药事管理专业委员会受原卫生部委托开展临床药师培训试点工作。14年来,已构建了完整的临床药师培训体系,建立了245家临床药师培训基地、878个临床药师培训带教组和17家师资培训基地,培养了11 404名临床药师和1 833名临床药师师资,并不断规范和增加临床药师培训要求和内容。临床药师培训是院校教育的有效补充和重要衔接,为满足新医改对医疗机构药学人才的需求起到决定性作用,极大地提升了医院绩效管理和合理用药水平,提升了药师的合理用药实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2005, the Professional Committee on Pharmacy Management of the Chinese Hospital Association was commissioned by the former Ministry of Health to carry out the pilot work of clinical pharmacist training; over the past 14 years, it has built a complete clinical pharmacist training system, established 245 clinical pharmacist training bases, 878 clinical pharmacist training lead teaching groups and 17 teacher training bases, trained 11,404 clinical pharmacists and 1,833 clinical pharmacist teachers, and continuously standardized and increased the requirements and content of clinical pharmacist training. The training of clinical pharmacists is an effective complement and important link to the education of institutions, and plays a decisive role in meeting the demand for pharmacy talents in medical institutions under the new medical reform, greatly improving the performance management and rational use of drugs in hospitals, and enhancing the ability of pharmacists to practice rational use of drugs.更多还原
