预冷结合硅窗气调包装对蓝莓贮藏期品质的影响

【摘要】 以江苏省连云港市栽培的‘蓝丰’蓝莓为研究材料,采后2 h内预冷至5℃,分别装入硅窗气调大帐和普通PVC大帐内,置于0℃冷库内贮藏,研究蓝莓采后及时预冷结合硅窗气调包装处理对蓝莓贮藏期品质的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,蓝莓果实采后及时预冷处理和硅窗气调包装均可降低蓝莓贮藏期呼吸代谢,延缓果实硬度下降,抑制可溶性固形物含量上升和花青素分解,降低果实腐烂损耗。其中采后及时预冷结合硅窗气调包装处理保鲜效果最佳,贮藏至40 d,果实腐烂率仅为6.1%,较好地保持了果实商品价值。

【Abstract】 Using ‘bluecrop’ blueberry from the Jiangsu Province as experiment materials, pre-cooled to 5 ℃ within 2 h after postharvest, respectively, packaging with silicon gum film and PVC package storage under 0 ℃, the effects of pre-cooling combined silicon gum film modified atmosphere packaging on storage quality were investigated. The results showed that precooling and silicon gum film MAP all can reduce respiration intensity, delaying the decline in fruit firmness, inhibit the soluble solids content increase and anthocyanin decompose, and reduce fruit decay. Pre-cooling combined with silicon gum film MAP after harvest effect best among them after storage 40 days, the rate of fruit decay was only 6.1%, which maintained the commercial value of fruit.
