血小板线粒体代谢异常与高同型半胱氨酸血症相关动脉血栓性疾病研究现状和展望
Current Understanding and Perspectives of Platelet Mitochondrial Metabolism Dysfunction and Diseases Based on Hyperhomocysteinemia-related Arterial Thrombosis
【摘要】 高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,HHcy)与冠状动脉或脑循环动脉血栓等心脑血管疾病的发生密切相关。血小板功能异常在动脉血栓形成中发挥关键作用。已知HHcy与血小板激活、凋亡等功能异常关系密切。血小板线粒体代谢调控是目前血小板研究领域的新热点。本文对HHcy调控血小板线粒体代谢与血小板功能关系的研究进展进行评述,深入了解血小板线粒体在血小板功能异常及其在动脉血栓形成中的作用,并提出新的防治策略。
【Abstract】 Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy) is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary or cerebral arterial thrombosis. Platelet disfunction plays a key role in arterial thrombosis. It is known that HHcy is closely related to platelet activation and apoptosis. The regulation of platelet mitochondrial metabolism is a new area in platelet research. This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between platelet mitochondrial metabolism and function in HHcy, which is helpful to deepen the understanding of platelet mitochondria in platelet dysfunction and its role in arterial thrombosis, and propose new prevention and treatment strategies.
