【摘要】 目的探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术在肝癌合并肝动脉-门静脉瘘介入治疗中的应用价值。方法收集2013年12月至2018年11月本院收治肝癌合并肝动脉-门静脉瘘60例当作本研究的对象。60例患者介入治疗中均给予数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术,观察肝癌合并肝动脉-门静脉瘘的分型同肝癌病理种类之间的关系、DSA影像学表现与治疗效果。结果 (1) 60例患者中,巨块型、结节型、弥漫型分别为25例、23例、12例;(2) DSA影像学表现:造影肝动脉单条门脉主干、多条门脉主干、分支显影;(3)肿瘤栓塞成功55例,成功率高达91.67%。结论数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术在肝癌合并肝动脉-门静脉瘘介入治疗中的应用为介入治疗操作提供了最为可靠的依据,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) in interventional treatment of hepatic arteriovenous fistula with liver cancer.Methods 60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma complicated with arterioportal venous fistula admitted to our hospital from December2013 to November 2018 were collected as the subjects of this study.Digital subtraction angiography(DSA) was performed in all the 60 patients during interventional therapy to observe the relationship between the classification of hepatic arteriovenous fistula with liver cancer and the pathological types of liver cancer,as well as the imaging manifestations and therapeutic effects of DSA.Results(1)Among the 60 patients,25 cases were giant,23 cases were nodular,and 12 cases were diffuse.(2)DSA imaging manifestations:imaging of single portal trunk,multiple portal trunk and branches of hepatic artery;(3)55 cases of successful tumor embolization,the success rate was as high as 91.67%.Conclusion The application of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) in interventional therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma complicated with hepatic arteriovenous fistula provides the most reliable basis for interventional therapy and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
