【摘要】 基于中国危险化学品安全网、中国应急管理部官网等网站公布的2013～2019年危险化学品较大事故等级以上进行统计分析,结果表明:较大事故占的比重最大,事故数与伤亡人数呈正相关;时间上,每年的3～8月份,以及每天的8∶30～10∶30是事故的高发期;在发生环节和事故类型上,生产环节发生事故最多,事故类型主要以爆炸、中毒窒息和火灾为主,爆炸事故比例最高;事故高发省份为河北、河南、江苏、山东、陕西、浙江。最后根据统计分析结果提出了预防对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyzes larger and above grades level of hazardous chemical accidents which published by China’s safety net of hazardous chemicals and the official website of China Emergency Management Department from 2013 to 2019.The results show that: larger accidents account for the largest proportion and the number of accidents is positively correlated with the number of casualties.In terms of time,accidents occur frequently from March to August and from 8∶30 to 10∶30 every day.In terms of occurrence link and the accident type,the production link occurrence accident number is the most,The main types of accidents are explosion,poisoning,asphyxiation and fire,the explosion accident probability is the highest.The provinces with high incidence of accidents were Hebei,Henan,Jiangsu,Shandong,Shanxi and Zhejiang.Finally,The preventive countermeasures are put forward according to the results of statistical analysis.更多还原
