【Abstract】 The complexity and the changeable situation of the world today greatly influence the trend of system reform of mineral resources. Since the founding of the new China, the development of mineral resource has obviously different historical stages and time characteristics. Based on the judgment of the in-depth development stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, it is necessary to analyze and demonstrate the logical basis, objective necessity and practical possibility of the nationalization model of mineral resources in theory. The nationalization model and its concrete realization type, with the national ownership of mineral resources and the overall opening of competitive links as the basic frameworks, could properly solve the dilemma of the theory and practice in mineral resources, reasonably realize the national ownership, and effectively safeguard the strategic interests of national resource security.更多还原
