【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜下胆道镜联合体内冲击波碎石治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的48例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的临床资料,均接受腹腔镜下胆道镜联合体内冲击波碎石治疗,分析患者的治疗效果。结果 46例患者均成功实施腹腔镜联合胆道镜下体内冲击波碎石,平均手术时间为(70.30±30.10)min,平均术中出血量为(30.60±10.10)mL,术后未发生胆漏、胆道出血等并发症,平均住院时间为(10.20±2.65)d。随访半年,未发生胆道狭窄、结石残留及复发等并发症。结论腹腔镜下胆道镜联合体内冲击波碎石治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic choledochoscopy combined with internal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with laparoscopic choledochoscopy combined with internal shock wave lithotripsy, and the treatment effects of patients were analyzed.Results All 46 patients successfully underwent laparoscopic choledochoscopy combined with internal shock wave lithotripsy.The average operation time was(70.30 ±30.10) min, the average intraoperative blood loss volume was(30.60±10.10) mL, and no complications such as bile leakage and hemobilia occurred after operation.The average hospitalization time was(10.20 ±2.65) d.After half a year of follow-up, no complications such as biliary stricture, residual stones and recurrence occurred.Conclusion Laparoscopic choledochoscopy combined with internal shock wave lithotripsy is safe and effective for the treatment of cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
