【Abstract】 Sepsis is an inflammatory response syndrome with systemic immune disorders caused by infection, and it is a disease involving multiple organs. Platelet plays an important role in sepsis, which can be used to judge the severity degree of sepsis patients, and thrombocytopenia indicates the critical condition. Platelet can be used as central mediators between immune system, coagulation system, endothelial cells and bacterial products.
