【摘要】 目的探讨不同四联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃溃疡(GU)的临床效果。方法选取我院消化内科收治的86例Hp性GU患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组(43例,枸橼酸铋钾+阿莫西林+克拉霉素+兰索拉唑)和观察组(43例,枸橼酸铋钾+阿莫西林+克拉霉素+埃索美拉唑)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、Hp根除率、疼痛缓解时间及不良反应总发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑与枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林、克拉霉素四联方案治疗Hp性GU的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of different quadruple regimens in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) related gastric ulcer(GU).Methods A total of 86 patients with Hp related GU admitted in the gastroenterology department of our hospital were divided into control group(43 cases,bismuth potassium citrate +amoxicillin +clarithromycin +lansoprazole) and observation group(43 cases,bismuth potassium citrate +amoxicillin +clarithromycin +esomeprazole) according to the random number method.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,Hp eradication rate,pain relief time and total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole,bismuth potassium citrate,amoxicillin and clarithromycin quadruple regimen has a significant clinical effect on Hp related GU.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.更多还原
