【摘要】 目的探讨环状软骨上喉部分切除术治疗中晚期喉癌患者的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2014年2月至2018年2月收治的84例中晚期喉癌患者分为对照组(全喉切除术)和观察组(环状软骨上喉部分切除术),每组42例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的术后住院时间、鼻饲时间、开始试吃时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,两组的生存率和复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环状软骨上喉部分切除术治疗中晚期喉癌患者具有恢复快、并发症少的特点,并可获得与全喉切除术相同的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of supracricoid partial laryngectomy in the treatment of middle and advanced laryngeal cancer. Methods A total of 84 patients with middle and advanced laryngeal cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2018 were divided into control group(total laryngectomy) and observation group(supracricoid partial laryngectomy) by the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative hospitalization time, nasal feeding time and trial eating time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During the follow-up, there were no significant differences in survival rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Supracricoid partial laryngectomy in the treatment of middle and advanced laryngeal cancer has the characteristics of rapid recovery and fewer complications, and can achieve the same clinical effect as total laryngectomy, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
